1. Replacement Eligibility
Products are eligible for replacement if:
- They are received in damaged or defective condition.
- You receive the wrong item by mistake.
2. Return / Refund Process
- You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send an email to contact@gearly.in with your Order ID, a clear description of the issue, and product images.
- After approval, we will arrange a pickup and issue a replacement or refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse, physical damage, or unauthorized repair are not eligible.
- Certain items such as hygiene-related products or opened electronics may not be returnable unless found faulty on arrival.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after pickup and verification of the product.
